I ordered some stuff but didn’t receive confirmation email. Why?

Sometimes confirmation emails end up in Spam or Promotions folders. So please check there and mark them as “Not Spam” and/or move them to Inbox. This should prevent further emails from being classified as spam.

Do you ship to my country?

Yes, we ship worldwide.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping fees are automatically calculated during checkout based on order weight and shipping zone. Please check shipping fees for your country here.

What kind of shipping service do you use?

By default we use Slovenian Post office standard tracked shipping, but we may choose other comparable options. If you are in a hurry we can also use courier at an additional fee. Please contact us for other shipping options.

How long does it take to receive my order?

We will send your order shortly after your payment has cleared. If we don’t have all the products on stock it will take some time to manufacture them in which case you will be notified. After your order has been processed and sent you will receive a tracking number. Please check delivery times here.

How can I pay for my order?

As default we accept direct bank transfer to our bank account. You will receive payment details (IBAN, BIC…) during checkout and in confirmation email. Please contact us for other payment options (PayPal etc.).

Do you offer warranty?

Yes, we offer a 6 month warranty which covers manufacturing defects. Excluded is normal wear and/or damage due to misuse of the equipment. Please read details here. Please contact us in case you have more questions about warranty.
